I made a Yancey favorite, Applebee's blondies.

Applebee's White Chocolate Walnut Blondie
Ingredients
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Sift flour and add baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Sift together.
3) Add walnuts. Set aside.
4) Melt butter. Add brown sugar. Mix. Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix.
5) Add flour mixture to butter mixture a little at a time.
6) Stir in white chocolate chips.
7) Place in a 9x9 pan for 20-25 minutes.
Syrup ingredients
3/4 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
*I used half of everything for this part of the recipe. It's sweet enough as is.

Maybe someday I'll make their long gone chimicheesecake. :/ I found this recipe from RecipeZaar. Problem is deep-frying it.
