Seriously, I've gained like almost 10 pounds since Thanksgiving. Realizing this, I've decided to get back on track. I need to work out actually. My stomach is huge and that's the first thing that decided to hate me. :/ So in effect, I just had sushi but that will be my one meal today. Eat early and less bad food. No fast food. Salads and soups. Seriously. Cause I definitely feel like shit. :(
