Bonnie's Birthday NOT Valentine's Day

After taking her to lunch at Olive Garden, I took her to Woolworth Walk to sit at the 1950's-styled diner and sip root beer floats/brown cows. :)

They had bottled sodas like grape and orange Nehi.

Still writing my paper... it's due Monday. Thankfully. I talked to my prof about it forever and am actually pretty happy with what I have so far. I don't know where I can go to work on my work. Anyways, I'll to finish it up tomorrow. Maybe I can read and do other less daunting things right now. I think a lot of writing this paper is I'm afraid to do bad. I'm holding myself up to high standards as a history major.

Instead, I napped (really didn't need to) and watched "Picture Perfect" starring Piper Perabo and some guy. It was pretty good.

I think what I want is in Palm Springs. I saw these pictures of the Ace Hotel and the Riveria from Happy Mundane. I have a book on hold at the school library on Palm Springs homes. :)

I haven't had the chance to read my design books. :( Mostly because of school or well, the lack of security I have over school.

Saturday - paper, paper, paper, research thinking, research writing, research interview crap :( I hate hate hate the stuff because our prof is out in left field and crazy

Death death death. My co-op teacher is limiting the number of days I'm there but I helped him grade papers today and hopefully he got to know me so he will be more comfortable with me there. :(

I did homework with Bonnie today and I have problems writing a paper. I haven't written a history paper in more than a year! :( Except for my thesis of course. Which is why I'm taking a long time on this one.

This semester is just not connecting, according to Yancey.

I have a headache.

6:45am - woke up
7:30am - left the house
7:50am - arrived at observation site :)
8:10-10am - observations
10-10:30am - picked up check and bank
11:05-1:25pm - tutoring
napped
2:45-4pm - class
4:10-4:25pm - waited for yoga prof who never showed up
scanned and printed documents, talked to my prof who is moving our paper due date to Monday
6-6:50pm - died in aerobics
showered, watching "Sex and the City," and attempting to do homework despite a headache

Waking up at 9am tomorrow. Ahhh, nice. :) Maybe I can sleep early and do work tomorrow morning as well as between 1:25pm and 3:10pm.

The Big Week

Paper due Friday and haven't written it quite yet. :( 6 pages. I just finished one paper tonight and don't know if I can make it. Thankfully, that is all I really need to do. I just have to train myself to get better.

Tomorrow - Observations, tutoring, and classes and then writing my paper. I need to stop getting side-tracked.
Tuesday - Tutoring a lot, classes, and paper.
Wednesday - Observation, no tutoring, classes, no aerobics and paper.
Thursday - Observation, tutoring and paper. No classes! :)
Friday - Observations

This week is THE BIG WEEK when I begin observations, tutoring, and classes... without snow days.

Mmm, movie and sleep now. I need to get my things ready for school. :/

Spring is coming Mr. Groundhog

It continues being pretty outside.

And I'm inside finishing this paper and watching "Steel Magnolias." I can't believe it has taken me so long to write this darn paper. I will have about 4.5 days to finish my Brit history paper also (due next Friday).

Rewind: Snow Day pictures
