:(
Today and tomorrow then I'm gone...
I'm going to write down things I must do in my offline notebook. I swear by these cute little composition books from Target. Best thing ever. Anyways, it will include my spring schedule and all the amazing, time-consuming things I'm doing and reminders for a brand-new me. Haha.
Today. Besides the above, I have no idea what I'm doing. Maybe eat and pack.
Tomorrow. Lunch with Kim, seeing Chuck Liddell at 7pm, hang out with Albert and Peter, pack, leave at a ridiculous hour on Saturday morning.

Eat hard, workout hard?
I want an Aero Garden too...
Today was fun with Van! I went up there early so that I wouldn't get stuck in traffic. I walked around Westwood for an hour and a half (after walking around the mall for a bit) before picking Van up. Where I picked her up was where everyone picked their kids (or friends) up. Anyways, the walking made me miss the times I've trekked around the area and wish for a less country life in Asheville. (Sometimes it is.) Sometimes I wish I would've gone to UCLA sometimes, but I think my experience has been nice. It's almost done. I'm pretty freaked out about the TB test I have to take for student teaching though! :(
We tried to go to a fancy restaurant, R+D, but it was packed so instead, after waiting for 30 minutes, we headed to Curry House. Yummy Japanese curry with chicken katsu. I need to learn some meal etiquette. I feel like such a slob and totally in need of yoga and hopefully, aerobics!
It was my last time seeing Van for 6 months when she graduates and I'm coming to see her walk... :/ I miss Van! :( I'm going to start sending her snail mail once a month for holidays or when I feel like it...
I have to pick up my mom later. I think I'll grab some magazines to read. I know I know. I said no magazines, but what else should I do on my daytime plane ride??? I hate daytime plane rides. My fave are the nighttime flights so I can sleep and wake up to start the day.
I'll have to adjust my sleep schedule ASAP. Wednesday, the first day of classes, I'll have to proctor from 7:30-12:30 then classes from 2:45-4, 4:10-5, and 6-6:50 (if I get aerobics). I tried to do some sit-ups last night. I think I did 30 before I died a little. NOT even consecutively! Albert does like 250-300 a day! Geez.
Woooww, my friend just got engaged! Congrats!

Empty
I feel empty. Lost. Nothing else.
I never want to leave Asheville and then I never want to go back. I suppose it's pretty normal, but I hate the change of heart and getting over it.
3 days left. Seeing Van tonight. Not sure about the daytime, but I'm pretty bored.
I hate meeting new people I will only see once.
I'm overjoyed, heartbroken, and unsure about life -- all at the same time.
Apparently, I am not outgoing. I thought I always was. I just don't have confidence sometimes. I need to resolve that.

Less than 4 days left
"CSI: LV" on Netflix is addicting...
I'm going to get food (though I was a bit full all last night), walk around, and maybe finally buy some Bare Escentuals!
Gee, so I'm waiting for a little red pop-up with good news. :)

Worries over teaching...
Everyone is beginning their student teaching and I am not. I'm taking the extra semester and I'm freaking out already. Social studies jobs are hard to come by and I'm making sure to add lots to my resume and extra licenses later on. However, this semester, I have to see how I can figure out how to teach. I can do it. I'm not particularly good, but I'm so much fun! :) Hah. Really, I think I'll be good cause I try so gosh-darn hard and I think this will be tougher than my thesis (maybe). Maybe if I just freak out now, it will be like my thesis. I definitely killed my thesis, chopped it into pieces, and did good. With teaching, I'm going to do more because this is my occupation here. I want to be a star, work the hardest (I didn't even get the award for that on my thesis - I could have had I had to work on my writing more but thank goodness I didn't), and be a fantastic teacher.
I'll just have to start the semester off strong. Gee, why does the spring last much longer than the fall? I hope it flies by, becomes summer and fall, and then I'll be back here sitting, taking my CBEST, getting the house together, and then student teaching in the fall. I'm giving myself a semester (next spring) where I will work as a sub (unless I get a job right away) before I go out there completely. Hey, $46K a year is pretty darn good especially when I won't be paying very much to live!
In the short term, it's all about school, tutoring, and working out. Otherwise, I won't make it! I'm putting extra time into teaching stuff. I need to get it down especially if I plan to look young and teach kids in LA (if needed). I'm going to be more excited when I start my observations. I wonder if I can bring a video/tape recorder??? Hahaha.
Oh yeah, TODAY. Hah, almost forgot. I was going to run, but yeah, didn't. Instead, I went to Peter's. We went to downtown HB where we kind of shopped. Nothing was purchased. We then went onto get him some food, visit Kim at the bank since Peter wanted Hawaiian food, and then ice cream and South Coast Plaza. We walked around A LOT. I made him take me to Island's where I had half a burger and was stuffed. I am still stuffed kind of, especially since I sat there for many hours watching "CSI: Miami." It was good and I fell asleep for a few hours.
Wednesday, I'm visiting Van from 11-4, then she has class, and then 6-whenever. YAY! I love Van! I have to visit Albert sometime also. Oh yes, I chatted with Van today and told her about pictures I found. I showed them to mom and Peter and Albert and Greg. Except for my mom (and Albert), the others were bitches. :/ I think I showed Yance too and he wasn't too mean, but he was more or less worried about his phone. Boo.
Friday, I'm going to meet Chuck Liddell with Jan (Yawn) and Peter possibly. Then we may go out after with Peter and Albert. Aw, I wish I could see Van like everyday. Maybe not when I'm back here year-round, but definitely now.
So what am I doing tomorrow? No idea. Thursday? No clue. Need to make plans I guess... maybe I should've gone to Palm Springs! Awww.
I think I'm going to go the screw TV route and get Netflix...

This is a big deal.
I see pictures of people I know/knew and they either got bigger or smaller. Plan: I'm taking 25 off this year. It's a must. I'm working out for real. Drinking? Maybe not so much anymore.
Also, I know this is silly, but I found the dream guy at a party. I mentioned him a couple of days ago. Okay, maybe not the dream guy inside and out but definitely on the outside, he's it. Where else am I going to find that except in this area? Really.
In case I don't get a job, I want to study more Spanish and get some sort of add-on to my teaching license. Architectural history is a ways away.
